	Dream Design Retainer for your kitchen or bath Up to three designs of your project,three dimensional perspectives given to client, and one revision of one of the designs...	$1,500 minimum
	Dream PLUS Design Program Detailed layouts, elevations and perspectives, all available to client, with up to three revisions ...	10 % of project*

*Project = Our estimated cost of cabinetry and countertops. Minimum Dream Plus Retainer cost is $3,000. When you purchase the proposed cabinetry from Dream Kitchens, all retainers are deducted from the final cost of your kitchen project. For bathroom projects under $10K, the fee is not deducted.
