How do I start my project?

This is the most frequently asked question we hear.  Budgeting varies widely from project to project. Our professional kitchen designers are equipped to work with you to meet your needs and set your budget.

Design services are free when the materials are purchased from us. We offer a free consultation to get to know you, understand your needs and goals, and evaluate all the parameters of your project. We charge a Retainer for the time we invest in creating and presenting our personalized designs to you, that Retainer is then applied to the cost of your cabinet purchase.

Architects and Builders both have important roles in custom home building and remodeling. Just as they have their specific set of skills, a professional kitchen designer has the specific role of creating the most functional and aesthetically pleasing space for you and your family. The knowledgeable and experienced Designer takes your wish list, incorporates the way you and your family want to use the space, and creates a customized kitchen design that is best for you.

Dream Kitchens provides cabinetry for any room, countertops, sinks, faucets, decorative hardware, bathroom plumbing products, kitchen and bath accessories, chairs, flooring, tile and barstools.

Dream Kitchens Designers work with many area contractors who can handle any size project from a kitchen remodel to a new custom home. They are craftsmen have worked with for many years, we know the quality of their work, and the superior service they offer. We are happy to recommend one of them to you. We are happy to work with any contractor you choose as well.

Dream Kitchens Authorized Installers are craftsmen that specialize in installation of cabinetry and moldings. We offer an additional warranty when you use one of our Authorized Installers. Solid surface countertops such as Corian, Quartz, and granite must be templated (they make a computerized mock-up of your countertop) and installed by the fabricator. Our Authorized Installers will install any other type of countertop which we provide for you.
