Medium Kitchens By Dream Kitchens

Medium Size Kitchens

Medium size kitchens are typically 100-200 square feet. They are the perfect size for everything you want; big enough to not feel cramped, and small enough to still feel cozy.

Many of our designs transformed the kitchen into a place for family and friends to gather. Medium sized kitchens give space for a large island to dominate while maximizing your storage space with hidden cabinets and drawers. The walls are lined with floor to ceiling pantry cabinets, so you’ll never be out of space. Natural lighting allows these kitchens remain bright and airy, while our strategically placed recessed lighting highlights the beautiful cabinetry.

Our first medium kitchen in the gallery proves that space is no issue! This kitchen feels anything BUT medium. Peninsula that seats 4, a chalkboard and glass cabinets transform this kitchen!

Before and After

The Transformation: Before and After

These Before and After kitchens give a glimpse on what it’s like to work with Dream Kitchens. We show you how your dull, small kitchen can be transformed into a space that you’ll never want to leave. You won’t even believe these are the same kitchens!

Many of these spaces were in desperate need of a remodel. They were out of date with little to no counterspace or storage. Some had closed-in walls which caused the space to be dark and cramped. The counters were cluttered with décor desperate to fit. The after pictures show just how we fixed each and every problem. You’ll see an array of stunning, bright and airy kitchens with more than enough storage.

Many remodels now feature improved lighting, storage and a stunning design! The first pair of pictures shows an imaginative reinvention of an old drab space. Luxuriously spacious with a stunning appeal, this open kitchen transformed into the house´s centerpiece! Hanging pendant lights with kitchen island seating create a one-of-a-kind experience.

What Makes a Good Quality Finish for Kitchen Cabinets?

What makes a good quality finish for kitchen Cabinets?

Nina Hackel, Dream Kitchens

The quality of a finish for kitchen cabinets is important.  Most people have seen cabinets in which the crown moulding and the area around the handles have lost their finish. Therefore they look prematurely aged and worn. I have kitchen cabinets in my house that are more than 27 years old. They still look brand new with very little signs of wear.  A good quality cabinet requires a finish that can last. We test our finish with a quick fire test, has the ability to even handle acetone (fingernail polish remover) for a minute.
